A Cup Of Coffee

Have you ever drink a cup of tea or coffee, I bet you have.

Coffe or tea is good for your body, like :

  • It boost your ability to think, caffeine has proven to give signal to your brain, to response faster (thanks for Warung Coffee for this tips

  • For antioxidant, coffee contains anticancer compound called methylpyridinium

  • It's good to drink a coffee before you do an exercise, it makes your heart pump faster, that means more oxygens to your body

  • Coffee contains L-Carnitine which could help your body burning the fat

  • And many more effects, that we could discuss later


But if you want to add milk in your coffee or tea, I suggest you don't because it blocks any good effects from tea or coffee. For example, milk could block EGCG in tea, which a molecules that helps you to relax.
